Why at your place

Private, easy, and built around you.

No locker room. No robe. No one else.

Your own space, your own shower, your own bed afterwards. Nobody watches you arrive and nobody watches you leave.

Nowhere to go afterwards.

The hour after a massage is most of the point of it. At home you keep that hour, and you can go straight to sleep if that is what you want.

Built around you, not a menu.

Pressure, where to focus, what to leave alone, oil or nothing, scent, sound. Told once and remembered every time after.

Why Nook

No dispatch. Just your therapist.

The same hands, every time.

Other services send whoever is nearest, and you never know who is about to walk into your home. Here you read the profiles, pick your person, and book them again.

A professional, every time.

A small team, the same faces, and a standard that holds whichever of them you book. Nobody is sent to you because they happened to be free.

The team

Meet the team before they meet you.

The long one

60 minutes is a break.100 is an escape.

A hundred minutes is long enough that the first twenty are not spent letting go. It is also the better value per minute, which is deliberate.

Treatments

Pick one. Or combine two in the same session.

Swedish

Long, flowing strokes at an easy pace. The one to book when the goal is to switch off.

Deep Tissue

Slower and firmer, working into the layers under the surface. For shoulders that have been at a desk all week.

Feet & Reflexology

Focused pressure through the feet. Deceptively powerful after a day of walking the city.

Face & Head

Scalp, temples, jaw and neck. Where most people carry a day they didn't notice they were carrying.

Aromatherapy

A gentle massage built around the scent you pick. Lavender to wind down, eucalyptus to clear your head.

Stretching

Assisted movement rather than pressure. Done clothed, with no oil. Good on its own or paired.

Made for you

No two sessions
are the same.

You answer these once when you book. Your therapist reads them before they arrive, so nothing has to be explained at the door.

Next time they are already filled in.

How it works

01

Pick your hour

Sixty or a hundred minutes, on your own or with someone. Choose the treatment, or combine two.

02

Choose your therapist

Read the profiles, see who works your neighbourhood, pick the person you want. Book the same one again next time.

03

Tell us how you like it

Pressure, where to focus, what to avoid, oil or lotion, scent, music. We remember it for next time.

04

We bring the rest

Professional table, fresh linens, oils and lotions. You clear a corner and put your phone down.

At work

The massage comes to you.

Home, office or hotel. Close the door, clear a corner, and take the hour you keep pushing to next week. Same service and same price in the middle of a working day.

Questions

Do I need to have anything ready?

A clear space roughly the size of a single bed, and somewhere to plug in if you'd like music. We bring the table, the linens, the oils and everything else.

Can I book the same therapist again?

That is the whole idea. Every therapist has a profile and their own calendar, and your preferences are saved so the second booking takes seconds.

What if the therapist I want isn't free?

We'll show you their next available times first. Only if none of those work will we suggest someone else. You are never assigned a stranger.

How does payment work?

A $50 deposit holds your appointment. The balance is paid in cash before the session begins, or in full online if you prefer. Gratuity is separate and entirely up to you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free until three hours before your appointment. For same-day bookings made within six hours of the session, free until ninety minutes before. After that the deposit is not refunded.

Can you come to my office?

Yes. Home, office or hotel, same service and same price. Daytime appointments in a small office are one of the easiest hours you'll book all week.
